This is a 1-pound tub of frozen British Columbia spot prawn tails caught during the 2020 season. The fishers who harvested the tails recommend care in not overcooking these delicious prawns. Pop the thawed tails into boiling water briefly and remove them after 60 seconds or less! The internal temperature should not exceed 65.5ºC (150ºF).
