Ikura Salmon Caviar

100 grams frozen ikura salmon caviar from wild BC salmon roe. This salmon caviar is offered frozen, and not pasteurized like chilled ikuras on the market. We believe pasteurization detracts from the pure, vibrant taste of the roe. Salted product is from wild BC chum salmon. Mild flavour at 2.3% – 2.5% salt content.
